Chicago-Bandung 
Although the first grade students in Chicago are finishing the project later than the students in Bandung, they wanted to let you know that they have enjoyed working on the project with you and learning a little about Indonesia. Things they have learned about Indonesia:
Indonesia is in Asia.
Indonesia is made up of islands.
It is always hot in Indonesia.
Bandung is a city in Indonesia.
Merdeka means freedom in Indonesian.
They make beautiful art in Indonesia.
Batik is one form of Indonesian art.
We would like to visit Indonesia!
